  • Cutscene: Very Professional Assassins
  • Cast: Rose
  • Where: Adlehyde
  • Date: April 18, 2017
  • Summary: Takes place after New World Old Problems. Rose and some of the Scattered Bones "bond" and discuss future plans following the assassination attempt on Alisha Diphda.

In a caravan on the outskirts of Adlehyde...

"Pfft--- ahahaha!" Hood down, mask off, Rose can't stop laughing. Her finger points straight at the source, the similarily-dressed assassin in front of her, a dashing man with black hair in a ponytail. He has a nasty black eye.

"It's not funny, Rose!" Rosh protests, putting the ice back onto his eye.

Rose attempts to answer but can't stop laughing.

Another assassin lowers his hood and mask; Eguille smiles, patting Rosh on the shoulder. "There there, at least it's just your pride that got hurt."

Rose is still laughing out of control.

Rosh fistshakes in her general direction. "Come on boss, at least PRETEND you're a professional. I'm not the one doing the grave overly low voice."

"Pffthaha--- snrk, a PRINCESS gave you a black eye, ahaha!"

Rose is not a very mature person when nobody is pressing her to be.

Rosh rumbles. Eguille shrugs as widely as he can, stiffling a giggle of his own. "Let's get it disinfected, Rosh. Rose, does that mean we're hitting the road again come sunrise?"

The merchant slash assassin manages to stop laughing long enough to answer the question. "No, no, I think we should bump into mister Shepherd and the princess while we're here, they might have useful info for us! Besides we might want to hang around the princess in case someone else needs a black eye!"

Rosh throws his arms up.

Eguille changes the topic with: "At least that job's taken care of. Should we go look into this "Lord of Calamity" now? I remember reading that on a wanted poster or two at some point."

"Sure, sure," Rose says, taking the rest of the Scattered Bones uniform off to change into something more comfortable. "But I'M going to catch a nap first."
