  • Summary: Avril, Dean and Rebecca meet with Riesenlied and the Fereshte again and decide to show what a group of fools can do together if they don't give up!

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

The Fereshte has been at Taben's Peak ever since it came to Lunar -- and at this point, the news has spread to basically everyone in the Wayside circle; some of the children and villagers had been asking about Dean, Avril and Rebecca, whom they spent time back when Wayside was still a village at the neck of the Badlands mountain...

... and though that village is now a crater, the villagers and its spirit still remains strong, with how they mingle in with the orphans that Nall is taking care of. Today, however, there's a special activity of sorts--

"Left side! Three patients incoming!" Riesenlied expresses. "Triage them based on their wounds and act accordingly, please."

Several Waysiders are training to be first-responders and to bolster their knowledge of aiding in humanitarian efforts, as has been the desire for the Outreach for a while. Some kids are subbing in as disaster victims--

One of them giggling as the sign she's wearing reads 'ABDOMINAL BLEEDING, GLASS SHARDS', another reading 'DISLOCATED ARM' and...

...and... Val seems to have taken the role of acting to another level, because there's a pile of gardening hose oozing out of her refrigerator torso with her door open. "Woe, woe... woe is meeee, I've been rrrrrrrrrrent asunder! Me guts, they spill...!"

Riese pauses and sighs softly, saying, "Please triage Val's condition too."

Well, it's Wayside at its finest: full of community spirit, laughs and togetherness, at least...

<Pose Tracker> Avril Vent Fleur has posed.

Shortly before the three of them climbed aboard a boat with a dubious destination in mind and even more questionable shipmates, the trio had made their way north, the better to make a visit that had been considerably long in the making.

"Riesenlied?"

Avril's voice rings out amidst the controlled chaos on display up here at Taban's Peak, her gaze zeroing in on the Hyadean woman after darting from actor to medic-in-training upon the field.

"It's been some time." She exhales a short, small breath, then smiles. "Everyone seems well. I'm glad..."

<Pose Tracker> Dean Stark has posed.

"Man, it's been so long since we saw everyone from Wayside!" Dean says cheerfully to Rebecca and Avril as the trio climbs up the mountain. "I can't believe it took us this long to learn they were all here the whole time. How d'you think they're doi--"

His words are interrupted by the cacophony of the village, that looks to be in... medical training? For a moment, Dean is startled, not yet realizing what's going on; when it sinks in that this is just practice and there's no real emergency, he grins at Val's overacting and all the giggling children. "Heh, you guys *do* look good. I'm glad to see it, too!"

<Pose Tracker> Rebecca Streisand has posed.

Rebecca isn't really medically knowledgeable. Yet she understands the importance of this exercise. She's been sewing up minor cuts for as long as they can remember when they couldn't get outside town to the heal berry trees.

And so even as the Waysiders practice - Rebecca tries to suss out her own conclusions in her head by looking over them.

'Critical.' 'Can Wait.'

And then Val. Rebecca's expression takes upon this cast of being a little... exasperated.

'Melodramatic.'

"Well I wouldn't say that 'everyone' seems well."

Rebecca notes with some wry humor as the giggling citizens work at it figuring things out.

"I'm pretty impressed though with these disaster drills. Feels like y'all are real determined to be ready for anything in the future."

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

As if on point, the medical officer-in-training staring at Val holds her head up and announces, "No respiration after airway has been positioned," and slaps a black label marked 'DECEASED' on her.

"Et tu?!" Val exclaims, holding a hand to her forehead.

Some of the children turn and wave excitedly, moving towards the three as she goes, "Dean! Avril! Becky!!" a pause, as she looks down at herself. "Wait, I'm supposed to be limping right now, owwww!" she giggles. "I'm so glad you guys are all right! We haven't seen you since-- well, Filgaia, I guess!"

Riesenlied does step towards the three as well, nodding warmly as she expresses, "Hello, everyone... it's a bit noisy, but we're in the midst of the Wayside Outreach's training to become better equipped for emergency relief and aid."

She tilts her head as she gestures, "Can I bring you some tea and snacks, perhaps...?"

<Pose Tracker> Avril Vent Fleur has posed.

After what Wayside -- and Petra, before it -- have been through, perhaps it's not such a bad decision to prepare. Particularly astride an unknown planet.

"Well... I suppose not," Avril allows, glancing sidelong at Rebecca as her smile grows just a tad wry. If it had been a real wound... Well, then again, she's no expert with Metal Demon physiology.

"It has been long, hasn't it. I had last heard that everyone was missing along with the ship. I truly am glad you are all fine," Avril states, approaching the throng that has moved to meet them.

"Ah, tea and snacks? I would not mind something to drink, and..."

Well, Avril looks expectantly at Dean. She's learned a few things about the appetites of growing young men in general, and Dean in particular.

<Pose Tracker> Dean Stark has posed.

"Hey kids!" Dean calls back, waving back just as excitedly to the little ones. "Yeah, same here! I knew we'd meet again someday, though!" He gives her a thumb's up. "You're doing great with your medical thingie! Just give 'em the best limp you got!"

He smiles at Riesenlied as she approaches. Like Rebecca said, they're really trying their best to stay trained and on top of any future emergencies, huh? "What kinda stuff are you doing, exactly? Is there anything we can help out with?" he wonders.

But then Riese offers refreshments, and Avril chimes in on that. She doesn't need to look at him to know how he lights up. "Yeah, I'd *love* that!! I'm starving! Thanks, Riese!"

<Pose Tracker> Rebecca Streisand has posed.

Rebecca just sort of wiggles her fingers at the kids instead as they wave. Dean is more animated - she's just enjoying watching them undertake this. As Dean tells them to give them the best limp they've got though, Rebecca actually laughs a little, "Guess they're learn how to be good actors too." She comments to the three of them.

Holding up two fingers from both hands, "The setup y'all have up here is pretty surprising. Most of the time you climb mountains for the view. Not for the..." She bangs her foot against the ground, "Metal treehouses. Is this where you're rebuilding Wayside?"

And then she double takes at a sight in the distance, "Wait is that a lift? Did we climb up all this way for no reason?"

She doesn't seem too exasperated though, she seems to take it in stride. "Well good thing to know for the future. Yeah... if you don't mind - refreshments sound pretty great right now."

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

Riesenlied has a warmer smile as she leads them inside -- it doesn't take long for her to serve up some chamomile tea, which seems to be a common plant out here in Taben; she's also made brownies and cookies, which comes from a jar that appears to be being guarded by Muni-Muni at present.

It also seems to be a test of mettle, so that Muni doesn't get tempted to steal it herself...

Hang in there, Muni. "It was pretty frightening," Riesenlied admits as she brings the tea and snacks to them on a tray. "We'd just fled from the Quarter Knights -and- the Demon of Elru, when Gebler came after us. We crashlanded at the Pleasing Gardens, and..."

A pause, as she shifts. "That we landed here, away from prying eyes, is nothing short of a miraculous stroke of luck. I'm very grateful."

She chuckles bashfully at Rebecca and says, "Oh, no... from what I understand, this ancient structure was a mobile fortress from a war a thousand years ago. Nall and the others have been using it as a living quarter..."

She looks to the lift and blinks bashfully, doubly so. "Oh, I'm sorry I didn't mention it -- I'd gotten used to the others using it. Then please, rest a while and relax after your hike up."

On the topic of what they're doing, though...

"We're-- training for our eventual return to Filgaia, to really push forward with the idea of what we of Wayside wish to do. Not the-- compromised vision the Ebony Wings presented... but rather, a mission of relief and aid, to areas that need it the most. Whether from wars, like the Aveh and Kislev one... or from the desertification and other disasters that plague Filgaia..."

She gestures. "I want the Wayside Outreach to be there, using our wings, to provide help to those who need it most, who can't reach for it themselves. We'll provide it to anyone... whether human, Veruni, or our brethren..."

<Pose Tracker> Avril Vent Fleur has posed.

"Oh, is there a lift?" She takes this far more in stride than Rebecca does, at least at first. "Well, we should make use of that in the future. It is a bit of a long walk."

And what can Avril do in response to Dean's obvious enthusiasm save giggle?

Once inside, Avril makes herself comfortable, perching carefully on a seat not far from her friends. The drink, too -- once it is had -- is held in the fingers of one hand as delicately as if she were taking high tea.

"...I remember. It was, ah, a rather difficult time for all of you."

And everyone had managed to come out safe in spite of it all. It was, plainly speaking, a relief.

Though that teacup does wobble in her hands a moment when Riesenlied says that this place was once a mobile fortress in an ancient war. "Truly? Then, this means that this might be..." Avril has spent a very long time reading in Vane's library. While her studies have oriented around magic, she... has learned a thing or two about Lunar's history. Which has given her a fairly reasonable guess about /what/ this 'mountain' might be.

"Then, you, too are planning on a return. I have also been hoping to find a way back to Filgaia. There are many things that we must do, and..."

She trails off, giving Riesenlied the space to voice her wish.

"A mission of relief, and aid... Hmm, I see." Her gaze lowers to her teacup, staring down at her amber-shaded reflection in its depths.

Aid to anyone. To humans, Metal Demons. Veruni.

"..." Avril is, for the moment silent, as if in thought.

<Pose Tracker> Dean Stark has posed.

"It *is* pretty awesome up here! It's almost like you're living inside a Golem!" Dean gushes, following up on Rebecca's remark. He pauses when she points out a lift, and he turns, hand over his eyes to spot it. "Woah, you're right! I never even noticed it on the way up! Aw, maaan...!" But she and Avril are right: at least now they know going forward. "Yeah, that'll be way easier in the future. So don't worry about it, Riese! We got to see the sights on the way up!"

Dean grins at Avril when she giggles, then looks over back at Riese. They went through a lot to make it here in one piece, huh. "I'm glad you guys made it through okay," he says with a smile.

The Demon of Elru, though, huh... Not to mention the Quarter Knights *and* Gebler. "I wonder why people can't just let you guys live in peace," he muses, sobering. "You're not hurting anyone. I don't get what the problem is." And perhaps it's better that he's the type of person who doesn't.

The group heads over after Riese inside, where chamomile tea and brownies and cookies await. Dean sits with the others and promptly stuffs his face with delicious snacks. "Hhffh fh rrry gdh! Hnhhs, Eehe!" he declares around a mouthful of food, while trying not to open his mouth too wide. He gives her a thumbs-up to non-verbally express his approval, then washes his mouthful down with some nice warm chamomile tea.

"What Avril said," he chimes in once his mouth is clear. He's already reaching for another cookie. "We're doing our best here on Lunar, but we want to get back to Filgaia, too. That's where all our dreams are waiting, after all!" He smiles again. "That sounds like a great mission, though, Riese. It's only right to help everyone in need, no matter who it is!"

But then Avril falls silent. Dean has that cookie halfway to his mouth when he notices. "What's on your mind?" he asks her... and *then* snaps up that cookie in two bites. They really are extremely good.

<Pose Tracker> Rebecca Streisand has posed.

"I can imagine. All of that together - feels like you're taking on a whole world." And Rebecca is pretty nervous about that. Even here on another world. It feels like she wants no part of it. She just wants to keep Dean and Avril out of it. She just doesn't know /how/ to keep Dean out of it.

Even now he's saying why can't they just leave them alone. Whereas Avril - she grimaces as she remembers the trouble they were having. "Things aren't so simple Dean. It's like back with the Veruni controlled zones back at home. How they think humans have their place and... they have theirs above them. Gebler - Metal Demons... feels pretty similar. They just see what Riese is trying to accomplish as like a threat to their way of life."

Rebecca shrugs sort of casually as they follow Riese within, "What she was doing in Wayside was real brave - but it's also asking for trouble from some really powerful folks that are really invested in keeping their status quo."

Even as Dean starts chowing and Rebecca resists the urge to admonish him for what feels like not chewing her food. Rebecca crosses her arms and rubs them self-consciously even as she walks, "I dunno. Everything you're saying sounds real noble but feels like - if I were you I'd stay right here. Away from all that. Carve out your own niche where none of that can reach you. And..."

Rebecca turns to Avril even as she grows quiet though - as Dean asks about it.

And she finally asks too, "What do you think about it all Avril?"

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

Riesenlied can see that the mention of the fortress piques Avril just a little bit, though she can't make any better guesses than that. It's quite possible that this is the Grindery, from the war a thousand years ago, but... at the same time, it is also Nall and the orphans' home, and it didn't feel right to poke too much.

"Yes... there is much that I must still do in Filgaia. I understand how you feel, Rebecca, and I wouldn't blame anyone from feeling that way. Some have suggested we move here, but -- I love Filgaia. It is... my home," Riesenlied expresses. "I have no other place, and I cannot abandon it."

She listens to Rebecca further... nodding quietly as she expresses, "I believe Gebler felt threatened by the potential of the Fereshte to take to the skies, but... I am uncertain why. That Gebler captain said something about-- 'not understanding the shape of the world'... perhaps of lands afar?"

Riese hasn't quite figured out Gebler came from the sky, after all.

She does look towards how Avril's deep in thought, tilting her head. "There are many amongst us who want to apply their talents of research and development -- to some of the slow, but threatening killers in Filgaia. The desertfification, Zopt Syndrome, and VR Factor... these are not issues that can be solved overnight."

<Pose Tracker> Avril Vent Fleur has posed.

"I am... not as familiar with Gebler, myself," Avril states. Outside what happened in the skies after the people of Wayside had fled, that is. But it's all very familiar. A place for one people above, and a place for others, below them. The ruler and the ruled. Isn't that what the Veruni had more or less told them in Mirapulse?

"A threat from those who would grow wings and fly... hm." She sighs out a soft breath, gaze still focused as if elsewhere entirely.

"Ah..." She straightens when Dean asks after her thoughts. "I was... thinking about the Veruni. After what happened in Mirapulse, and after what Kaguya had said to us before the statue. The Veruni... they're aligned with the Metal Demons. Is it just because they both have come from another planet?"

Her gaze shifts back down towards her cup of tea. A peaceful, ordinary life... It isn't just Riesenlied who could have that, if they stayed here on the moon.

"No," Avril agrees at some distance. "They cannot. There are many threats facing the planet. Some come from within. Others..." She averts her gaze, unwilling to look directly at Riesenlied. No, it's unfair to even think that, let alone say it. In the end, her people cannot help that they were searching for a home and found this place. That this place will not have them.

It's not just as if they're taking on the entire world. It's as if they're taking on the world, itself.

"But it's not something you can ignore, is it? This is our world. It's foolish, perhaps, but..."

She straightens.

"This feels like it is the path I was meant to travel. Perhaps I will even discover who I was."

<Pose Tracker> Dean Stark has posed.

"The status quo..." Dean echoes, frowning in all seriousness at Rebecca. He takes another drink of tea. "Yeah... when you put it like that, I get what you mean. I remember what those Veruni did to Chuck back in Mirapulse. They didn't care about justice or truth or anything... They just wanted to execute a human because they could, because he was an easy scapegoat. I know not all Veruni are like that, but the ones who *are* are just..." He shakes his head, grimacing. "I can't understand what goes through their heads." That anyone would hold what Riese was doing at Wayside against her boggles his mind. He knows they *do*, he just can't grasp that kind of selfishness and hate.

Rebecca suggests to Riese that she forget about all that strife, stay here where it's safe and peaceful. Dean's shaking his head, but Riese answers well enough on her own. Instead, he blinks at her about taking to the skies and Gebler's problem with it. "Huh. That's weird. Oh well, what do they know? Maybe that guy was just being stuck-up."

Then she comments on R&D in Fereshe, and he nods. "Yeah. Those're problems that affect a lot of people everywhere, not just little groups," Dean says. "If solving them makes living in Filgaia easier for everyone, makes it easier for people to get along, then I think it's worth it to do whatever we can about them. Filgaia's all our home! Running away from those problems isn't going to make it any better!"

Then he asks Avril what's on her mind, and she shares. He nods, frowning again, thinking back to... well, lots of things. He'd just brought Mirapulse up himself, too. "I don't know," he says, of why the Veruni and Metal Demons allied. He looks at Riese. "Do you?" Then Avril sits up straight and speaks further. Dean smiles. He's got his own path, or at least a path he wants to follow, but-- "If this is your path, Avril, then I'm right behind you all the way. We all started traveling together to help you regain your memories, after all! Right, Rebecca?"

<Pose Tracker> Rebecca Streisand has posed.

Grateful that Dean is thinking it through - taking it seriously, Rebecca seems relieved as she nods along, "Yeah. Exactly. It's... inhuman the way they think. They just want to keep a firm hold on their power. That's all that matters to them."

Even Kaguya - she remembers how she was just playing with those bandits because she could. Showing how powerful she was. It didn't matter if they lived or died - so long as she was the powerful one.

She does sigh though once Riese says - "I get it. The draw of your home is strong. It's just..." She inhales through her nose, "... be careful alright? Even playing it as safe as you can. This still feels reckless to me. Just because of all you're going up against."

Rebecca nods at Riesenlied stating what Gebler was trying to prevent, "That makes sense. It's hard to say why they wouldn't want you to see the rest of the world - but either way-" She nods at Avril, "-they must take you as some kind of threat - even if it's just to their dominance of the skies."

Eventually she starts working at the snacks too - but are a more sedate pace than Dean. Holding her tea with one hand - as she just nibbles at one with the other.

She's quiet as Riese talks about solving Filgaia's problems. It feels too dang ambitious in her opinion. Like it's just trying to tackle too much. And yet at the same time shouldn't any /decent/ person want it to be done?

Instead she's focusing on Avril - 'it's not something you can ignore. This is our world. It's foolish perhaps, but-'

Rebecca's breath catches in her throat. And suddenly it feels like she just can't breathe. It's more like she's holding it. Not speaking in these few moments.

She can't understand why this is Avril's path but it is.

It's too much. It's too big. Being involved in something like this.

It's where she needs to go.

And Dean backs her up instantly. Rebecca just looks trapped. Like she's running into a wall. Not making the decision she knows she should.

And yet after a moment, she lets herself calm down. She lets herself breathe.

"Yeah... alright. Yeah." She finally allows herself to agree with Dean. "Why not? Dean's right. It's why we're here isn't it? Let's..."

Picking out Avril's word of foolish. Knowing it's foolish and choosing this path anyhow.

"... Let's all be stupid together." She finally says with a smile.

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

Riesenlied looks horrified at the story Dean tells... she knew about the Veruni control zones, given she is a native of Elru, but...

...out of personal pain, she's avoided them as well.

"...I cannot rightly say how the Veruni think, but for my brethren-- a lot of the young Hyadeans... do not know any better," Riesenlied frowns quietly. "Violence is all that has been taught to them. Theirs was an education only of conquest and martial glory, and the toxic influences of thinking coming out of that...."

It's something she wants to change.

"I... recall, when the allegiance was first struck," Riesenlied admits. "I recall the sensation of meeting Lord Volsung, whose hatred was... palpable. The grudge that he bore... it was not something that had to be shown on his face -- a deep hatred of the Guardians, something that aligned with my brethren's goals of resurrecting Mother."

She shakes her head. "I do think the allegiance struck between the Metal Demons and the Veruni is temporary. It is an allegiance of convenience... and when it is no longer convenient--"

She blanches a little at that thought. "The fallout will affect a lot of innocent people around them. Of this, I have no illusions."

There's a soft smile, however, as she looks to Avril. "If it is your path... then, what would you say to working together? Many hands make for easier work, and... at the very least, in the form of the Outreach, I know we can provide at the very least the wings you need to trailblaze that path."

<Pose Tracker> Avril Vent Fleur has posed.

"They went back on their word to release him," Avril adds, her voice low, unusually restrained. "They had promised to release him if we found evidence that he was innocent and returned what was taken."

But...

A miracle, in the end, had been the only thing that spared Chuck's life.

Avril has fallen silent, again in that silent contemplation of what rests in her teacup. What goes through the minds of people like that? How can they do that, just because they can?

/It's because of control/, voices the whisper from the depths. Avril shifts mentally, as if to twist against the ill wind that blows. /Is it not better to be feared than loved? A fragility is exploited by the ambitious. But show them what you will do against the least of insults and they will never, ever--/

Avril, briefly, closes her eyes.

"I do not know," she tells Dean, her voice quiet. "Perhaps that is the language they learned. Violence and pain beget more violence and pain. ...We humans are not immune to the disease."

It's the same message she can read wherever she looks. On Filgaia, on the moon. Outside. Within.

"Hatred..."

Is that it, in the end?

"...Then it's all the more reason to stand against it. I..." Her heart tells her what she /must/ do. Her heart also tells her what she /wants/ to do.

"Yes. Then, it's agreed," she says at last when Rebecca makes her suggestion, that distant pensive expression breaking like the sun after a storm. "Let us all be stupid fools. Together."

<Pose Tracker> Dean Stark has posed.

The story of what happened with Chuck is a little more complicated than what Dean says... and at the same time, it isn't. Dean nods at Avril's addition, adding on himself, "They accused him of a crime he didn't commit, and then, well, it happened like what Avril said. We managed to save him, but only just." If they'd been even a few moments later... if Avril hadn't 'convinced' them to keep their promise... well, the Golem Hunter Guild would be short one apprentice.

"Volsung?" Dean echoes. That name sounds familiar... Where's he heard that before? He scratches his head. Or is he mixing it up with something else? It's not like he knows *that* much about the Veruni. ... ...actually, hasn't he heard Kaguya mention that name before...? "I know Kaguya hates the Guardians because they refused to heal her," he says. "But who knows? Maybe it's not that they wouldn't, but they can't." Though... thinking back, the Guardians called the Veruni their ancestral enemy. They didn't say *why*, but there's a lot of things they say without explaining the reasons for it. Like why they were so gosh darn /rude/ to Avril. And Avril's never hurt anybody!

Rebecca meanwhile frets. Dean has to laugh at that. "There's Rebecca for you, always trying to play it safe," he says with a smile. "But you can't move forward if you're too worried about what's under your feet! Don't worry--we can do this, as long as we're together!" And he claps a hand on her shoulder, like a friend.

"So you're saying the Metal Demons basically need to get a brand new education?" Dean says to Riese. "That shouldn't be too hard. All they have to do is see that there's more to life than just fighting, right?" The naivete of those words aside, Riese describes what little she knows of the alliance, and how once it's over, a lot of innocent people will suffer. "...Yeah. I don't doubt that, either." It's as Avril says, too. There's probably a lot of bad feelings everywhere. Violence and pain and hatred...

Which means they just have to stand up against it. The chain of hatred won't end unless they *make* it end. And when even Rebecca gets on board with being stupid fools, he grins. "Yeah! We can do anything if we do it together!" He turns that grin to Riesenlied. "So if you wanna help us help Avril, we'll be happy to help you too, Riese! Let's show the world what a bunch of stupid fools can do!"

<Pose Tracker> Rebecca Streisand has posed.

Lord Volsung. That's a name that feels so far above them that - Rebecca even shivers some - like even invoking his name might bring him down upon them. Dean repeats it. "A noble of some kind. I've heard he's as vicious as they come at least." On the alliance being temporary though, "A lot of normal folks are gonna get hurt when they do fall out..." She does finally say at Riese's evaluation.

And then Dean slaps her on the shoulder, and she has this weak smile at first at the friendly gesture, but at what he says, she just makes a light protest, "I mean tell that to someone who just walked into quicksand Dean. I'm sure they'd disagree with you. /A little/ caution never hurt anyone."

Rebecca focuses in on what Avril says about violence and pain begetting more. And Rebecca makes this light hum of consideration. "It feels too big really - bigger than just..." Her nose wrinkles a little at Dean's statement, "... some simple solution like teaching the next generation too."

In the end though, as Avril smiles like the sun behind the storm clouds and Dean gets all excited, Rebecca finds herself smiling too.

Some things can just be as simple as being happy when your friends are happy. Even if it's happy about being fools together.

"So I guess we're working together then." She says to Riese before declaring to the other two, "Well /this/ fool knows that she's not likely gonna be able to do a thing about the VR Factor or desertification or Zop... whatever so..."

Rebecca heads towards the door at a sedate pace before calling back out once she gets closer to the triage exercise, "Hey kids - who wants to learn how to stitch a wound?"

If there's one thing Dean gave her practice on when they were younger. It was that.

<Pose Tracker> Riesenlied has posed.

Riesenlied can't help but find their collective enthusiasm to be infectious, and she's smiling warmly herself as she expresses, "And I, too, am no less the fool..." They've a great task ahead of them, but... at the very least, Riesenlied feels very optimistic -- and she isn't going into it without a plan.

"I know it's possible," Riese answers Dean. "Everyone from Wayside here -- started out just dreaming of that possibility, and look where we are now... it's as you always say -- if we don't give up... if we do it together, we can achieve anything."

She does find herself thinking of that line a lot, at her weakest.

The kids look up with a bobble towards Rebecca to go, "Woaaah! I wanna, I wanna!" then she turns with a grin to her friend to go:

"I'mma turn you into a Frankensteiner!" "Whaaaaat! No fair! I'll stitch you like a mummy!"

... they may have very curious thoughts about stitching wounds...
