| PRE-EXPLORATION SUMMARY: | Disturbances reported in location of burial grounds in the Baskar territories of suspected 'Malevolent'-type nature; per prior disturbance investigation recommended. Due to my previous experience with both this type of incident and Malevolence, I received assignment; attachment with Lilac recommended due to her cultural background. Maj. Sadalbari assigned as assistance. |
| EXPLORATION SUMMARY: | According to Lilac, tomb grounds were contaminated with Malevolent energy; she reported several aspects of the tombs as not being how they should have been (specifically: a contaminated tomb guardian, anomalous holes, supernatural presence of fear, lightning-oriented traps). Core of the tombs gave the impression of 'a pulse' and 'breath'. Ultimately we became separated from Lilac due to out-of-order pulses of energy deep within; I was able to identify one source as Malevolent but the other remains unknown. Minor injuries sustained due to this extraction. |

((The following was submitted on a piece of notebook paper.)) Sorry! I didn't know I was supposed to write a report too. I became separated from Leah and Loren after making our way through most of the catacombs. At the end was the Primarch of Wind. I don't know why it was attacking, and I joined a group of other people fighting it. Two Beastmen whose names I didn't catch had some kind of a reunion - I think maybe they were brothers? - and yelled a lot about shouldering a giant energy sphere bigger than a horse. I was kind of busy fighting the Primarch to keep it from destroying the catacombs in anger to pay a lot of attention. There were two other shamans present. One I didn't know, the other was Lydia, who used to have an asteroid on her head and once threatened to eat my hair. She's pretty creepy, please be careful around her. :( Hey Loren, want to hang out with me tomorrow?
