A simple country doctor, Citan - along with his wife Yui, and their daughter Midori - has served in Lahan for the past several years working to care for its citizens, most notably the amnesiac young man known as Fei Fong Wong. Following the razing of Lahan, he set out to keep an eye on Fei, assisting him during his travels by employing the considerable skills of this simple country doctor. Skills such as Gear piloting. Expertise in virtually every known martial art. Intelligence gathering. Mechanical engineering. Psychological manipulation. And an in-depth knowledge of much of the current events of the world. However, he is a completely trustworthy, simple country doctor with no ulterior motives. Really.
