"Organics are so fragile, gami..."
A mysterious woman recovered from Sealed Laboratory -Teshri-, an equally mysterious ruin near Meria Boule that emerged from the ocean relatively recently, Gami is clearly not human, though this doesn't seem to stop her being pleasant with others. From the seams in her skin to her extraordinary stature to the advanced make of the weapons and armor that she sometimes carries but does not use, the signs that this woman is strange are many. None suggest her age quite so strongly, however, as the distant melancholy in her eyes when she doesn't notice anyone looking. Little is known by most of her history, and she can shed little light; the gentle giant suffers from severe amnesia, having forgotten most of her past save distant fragments, and what directives remain in her programming, if any, she largely keeps to herself. ...To all accounts, though, she's simply another person on a dying world getting by. It's just that she needs not eat, drink, sleep, or breathe. ...Despite her clearly powerful build and weaponry, however, she doesn't fight. While this is in part due to her pacifism, the simple truth is that her ancient systems can't handle the strain without the repair of her Cenotaph Engine, the miraculous piece of technology that once made her as enduring as the earth itself.
