Background
Jedan is one of the eldest Ebony Wings members, and something of a longtime compatriot of Riesenlied's. He was born with defective optics and is never really able to see well, which is why he relies on his Dragon, Salamandra, to ride into combat. He's been around since the earliest years of the squad, and has been through the gutter and the trash to prove himself. He's highly loyal to his leader Riesenlied, but prefers to leave the thinking and complicated stuff to her.
His codename is Ebon One, and he acts as artillery and heavy-arms specialist. Whenever ordinance and power is required, he's there to deliver for the group.
Unusual amongst Metal Demons, he's highly beloved by stray dogs and cats. Unfortunately, the only dog that the Ebony Wings have been able to keep is Cetiri. Who is not a flesh and bones dog.
Personality
Jedan is a quiet man, highly focused on the mission, but has a wry personality that's surprisingly peaceable and predisposed to the younger folk. Call him wimpy, however, and he'll be extremely happy to wring you into a trash can. ... at least, if he can see you. The seeing thing is a bit of a problem.
Powers and Abilities
- Super strength - Jedan has the highest physical power amongst the Ebony Wings, which makes him an asset; he's got the best synchronisation rate out of the entire force, a rarity amongst the typically ARMs-deficient squad.
- Salamandra - Jedan's Metal Dragon is Salamandra, a sassy and snarky dragon that doesn't think much of him. She's red, and her speciality is firing dumbfire missiles.
- Stratos Gatling ARM - He carries a powerful gatling ARM, Stratos, which is the remnant of a war compatriot that died in a struggle against the Veruni.
