Lord Chauncey of Foxington is Sephilia's best friend in the world. He's also a battered and much-repaired stuffed fox doll with a magical nature--he can grow into a giant ambulatory doll and fight on Sephy's behalf. His button eyes reveal nothing of his thoughts, but Sephy always knows what he is thinking.

Background

Chauncey was found by Sephilia and her father while exploring some ruins a few years ago. He's become Sephilia's constant companion since then. What came before? It is a mystery, wrapped in a riddle, sealed in an enigma.
