Xenia's claim of being Xantia's sister may not be difficult to believe, as their faces, voices and ridiculous amounts of physical strength are identical, though it's difficult to conclude much of anything for certain going by her own words. Though generally talkative, she has a flippant attitude towards everyone and everything - seemingly including the orders she claims to be under - making it hard to tell how serious or truthful she is at any given moment. Clad in some manner of high-tech powered suit, she is fast as lightning and has the ability to discharge energy from her hands, among other tricks she has up her sleeve to aid in getting out of (or into) trouble. Neither words nor wounds seem to phase her much in the pursuit of her goals - unclear as those may be, as her origins and allegiance are thus far unknown. If she is indeed following some kind of plan, she certainly appears to be employing a copious amount of whimsy in doing so.

Background

Much like Xantia, no one seems to have any idea who Xenia is or where she came from. Considering they have that as well as a face and voice in common, a relation is almost certain. All there is to go on is Xenia's claim of being sisters.

Whatever the case may be, considering her mode of dress, combat ability, usage of explosive tools and claims to be acting under orders, some kind of military background would be an easy assumption. But you know what they say about assumptions.

Either way, even if she didn't show herself until many years after Xantia was discovered in the desert, she must have been lurking in the shadows for quite some time, given how much she seems to know about people before having ever met them. Especially where it comes to friends and acquaintances of Xantia.

More recently, Xenia was discovered to be some kind of artificial life form, most closely resembling a nanomachine construct. Though this means a blood relation with Xantia is out of the question, some form of close tie is all but assured.

Xenia seems to be at odds between her orders and her personal wishes, and has been unwilling or unable to clarify many things about herself, leaving much of it a puzzle to be put together by those who interact with her.

Personality

Xenia has Opinions on everything and everyone and isn't afraid to tell you about them. She is pretty matter-of-fact about most everything, not easily fazed by verbal barbs or overt hostility. She tends to approach things calmly and/or stealthily and adopt a 'wait and see' approach, but she isn't shy about getting violent if she feels the situation calls for it.

She exudes confidence in her bearing and her words, which are often irreverent, and seems to enjoy seeing what reactions she can provoke from people. Though generally chatty, she can make it difficult to tell how much of what she's saying is actually truthful, and enjoys telling people just enough to make them curious, only to withhold the most important bits of information.

But more than anything else, most things just seem to amuse her to some degree. To the point that amusement can easily appear to be the primary motivation for everything she does.

It is now clear that she's under some form of coercion and has limited freedom in both words and actions. Her lack of success in getting people to cooperate with her has caused her to become increasingly bitter and fatalistic.

Powers and Abilities

Superhuman speed - Xenia's most notable attribute is the incredible speed at which she can move. It's extreme enough to be easily mistaken for instant teleportation.

Superhuman strength - She has this in common with Xantia, her physical strength an easy match for her 'sister'.

Ether ability - Xenia's suit appears to generate a type of blue-colored energy, which she can also fire from her hands. This parses as Ether, to those who can tell such things. She has proven capable of enhancing and controlling machines with this power. As her suit is now known to actually be a part of her artificial body, it can be concluded that she either artificially generates Ether herself, or some kind of Ether source was integrated into her.

Explosives - Xenia carries a number of explosive canisters, which sometimes produce secondary effects such as a smoke screen.

Mental defenses - Something seems to be actively blocking efforts to read Xenia's mind or emotions. Any attempts to do so are like peering into an endless void.

Pain immunity - No matter how grievous the injury, they do not appear to bother Xenia or even slow her down.

Rapid Regeneration - It's very difficult to physically damage her artificial body, and even then, any wound Xenia does receive completely heals in a matter of minutes.
