"... what can this old hen do for you?"
Quiet and taciturn, and possessed of the rare wry demeanor, the name Yue Rohay is one of great shock and disgust to invoke in the Veruni city of Laila Belle - the name of the woman who infamously failed to murder the Ice Queen, once leader of all the Veruni. Yue is a permanent convict in Laila Belle's maximum security solitary confinement, made all the more infamous in her many televised battles against fiends in Duogrammaton's life-or-death game shows. When she isn't being pitted in gladiatorial combat, the Veruni leadership have seen it fit to send her out into the wilderness to handle high-risk missions with a minder. All of this, she does, never once removing her shackles... and using only her feet and heels to overcome all obstacles. Though an expendable asset for the Veruni, the lifelong convict carries her missions out with a quiet resignation that soft belies her curiosity of the Drifters that have rose to prominence in the wake of Mother's defeat.
Powers and Abilities
Yue is in possession of a bizarre style of fighting befitting her perpetually shackled state -- that of fighting with solely her legs and in particular a pair of peculiar steel stilettos. She fights by kicking, kneeing, tripping and most importantly stomping her heel upon her foes. Those that have watched her televised presences in Duogrammaton's death games know that she has a bit of a playful, almost mocking theatrical flair to her Artes, which seem to have some commonality with Styles that survive to the present day.
