"Show me the splendor of your soul."

Though their motives are inscrutable at best, the knight that refers to themself simply as K.K. has undeniably left an indelible mark on both Filgaia and Lunar. Known to many as the fabled Trial Knight of Lunar, K.K. is claimed to be responsible for a great number of foul deeds in both distant past and recent history, pitting those they seek out through a crucible of adversity for purposes unknown -- the most recent of which nearly spelled the end of Filgaia as a whole. K.K. was seemingly lost within the heart of the Ley after their apparent bid to corrupt the Guardian Lord of Love, Raftina -- but rumors of a knight bearing their appearance have begun to crop up once more. Brutal and uncompromising, yet also philosophical and perceptive to a fault, K.K. wields the eight Divine Artifacts bound to them in battle just as masterfully as they wield their words -- all executed with the greatest deliberation. Dressed from head to toe in all-concealing white armor, there are still many more questions about K.K. than there are answers -- and recent events have simply raised more, most prominent of which being the nature of their association with the Seraph Ragnell, and just what their self-proclaimed position as the so-called "Adversary of Mankind" truly means. But though they may be difficult to paint with a broad stroke, one thing is certain: K.K. is, by great purpose, an enemy of mankind and all who would stand with them.

Background

Filgaia

A relative unknown, K.K. claims to come from a faraway land, but isn't exactly forthcoming about anything else. They are a Geohound who will take jobs from almost anyone, and very rarely seems to demand any actual cost for their work -- though they have become relatively notorious in a short amount of time for their ruthless and sometimes cruel tendencies, perhaps somewhat at odds with their capacity to be a thoughtful - albeit strange - conversationalist outside these moments.

Lunar

Those from Meribus and Glenwood might know the name of K.K. as associated with the stories of an ominous, recurring figure in Lunar's lore and legends who brings misfortune and tragedy wherever they go. Their motivations inscrutable and methods strange, K.K. is claimed to be responsible for a number of minor disasters, variously described as a knight wielding powerful magic and seemingly conjuring weapons weapons from nothing, remaining a persistent figure ever on the fringes of Lunarian myth.
