Brad Evans is one of the famed heroes of the Slayheim Liberation Army. Personally involved in the final operation that led to the ouster of the Slayheim king, Brad was also one of the only people in the entire Slayheim region to survive the detonation of the Angel Halo - a weapon of mass destruction that turned the whole country into a silent wasteland of ghosts and salt. Captured and held responsible for the destruction, Brad sat in Ilsveil Island Prison for seven years, until he was recently brought into work-release for the ARMS unit. Yet one who talks to Brad hardly gets the sense of a murderer or a madman. Calm and contemplative, Brad is a driven warrior with a talent for Heavy ARMs, weaponry specialized for use against armored targets like Gears and Reaverbots.
Brad is a specialist in Heavy ARMs, which may be generally read as 'anything that explodes, or is intended to be shot at vehicles or buildings instead of people'. For the most part Brad is a specialist in cracking armored targets like Gears and tanks. His tremendous physique allows him to fight directly if needed but his technique is rather poor and trained fighters can fairly trivially turn his wild haymakers against him.
