A young girl who grow up near Professor Oak's lab in Pallet Town Elaine has set out to become an elite Pokemon Champion with her partner pokemon Veevee, an Eevee Professor Oak gave her. While a quiet person, she eagerly forges ahead to learn and discover new things and help others. She has begun travelling to catch and train Pokemon to challenge the Elite Four and become a Champion. She is also Professor Oak's field assistant, helping to fill in his Pokedex on known pokemon around Energy Nede.
