Background

Not everyone is cut out to be a Drifter. From "Elsewhere" (it remains unclear whether he is from a Badlands town named 'Elsewhere' or if he just remains vague on the matter) Fargo Foobach attempted to make his way as a wandering bounty hunter at a young age, but being weak of will despite being strong of arm, found himself at the unpleasant end of rougher sorts one time too many, others taking the credit for his work time and time again.

Eventually Fargo snapped, spending half a year as a sort of "Drifter hunter", targetting people who'd wronged him and stealing from villages in order to survive. Jack Vantabrack recruited him into the Black Ties after a twist of fate caused him to rescue Fargo from a band of bounty hunters he thought were after him.

Personality

Fargo Foobach is a quiet, asocial man. He is uncomfortable and untrusting of strangers and keeps to himself even among the Black Ties. He is the gang's troubleshooter, cleanup man, and self-policing entity - the rank and file of the Ties would rather get an unexpected visit from Kent Hauch himself rather than Fargo. He speaks rarely in public, and only when he feels he has something important to say.

Powers and Abilities

The only real clue that Fargo is in fact from the Badlands is his unusual style of martial arts, recognizable as Earth jiujitsu, apparently passed down through his family. Through breathing techniques and chi control, Fargo is able to adjust his own body temperature around to an incredible degree, at his upper limits becoming hot enough to give someone second-degree burns.

Because of this, Fargo has miserable tolerance for cold temperatures, as his body no longer does a particularly good job adjusting itself without his mental input. This is what has always drawn Fargo to enjoy a nice, big, roaring bonfire - he can withstand incredible temperatures and is able to let his control finally slip.
