Creates a Pokémon type label.

Usage:

{{Type|<type>|[color]|[font color]}}

Parameters
<type>	One of the recognized pokemon types, as below, or a custom type.
[color]	(Optional) Overrides the color if using a standard type, or provides a color for a custom type.
[font color]	(Optional) Overrides the font color. Defaults to #00000 if not set.

Examples:

Standard type bubble:

{{Type|Fire}}

Fire

Overriding the background color:

{{Type|Fire|FF0000}}

Overriding the default font color:

{{Type|Fire||FFFFFF}}

Creating a custom type:

{{Type|Space|FF00FF}}

Creating a custom type with a different font color:
