AFTER ACTION REPORT (AAR)
SOLARIAN SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (SOLSOC)
Prepared by Loren Voss
Authorized for release to Gebler Special Exploratory Group (SEG)
(Clearance-confirmed contractors included)

SCENE LOG: Killing Two Birds With One Stone
LOCATION: Dragon Roost Cavern
PARTICIPANTS: CAP Loren Voss, Black Wolves, Odessa Operatives (see pre-event summary)
DESCRIPTION: Deploying operation in order to bring about the potential effective neutralization of two threats.
PRE-EVENT SUMMARY: Given the threat that various groups have posed to stability in the Aquvy region I deemed setting them at odds with one another one possible solution. In an ideal scenario, one or the other side could be weakened or eliminated entirely.

To that end, I felt the most likely candidates for this to be Odessa and the Black Wolves. I infiltrated Odessa's ranks with the help of Major Sadalbari and the assistance of the intelligence division; while there I worked on gaining their trust and obtained some insight into how they operated. Once effectively situated, I worked to spread rumors about a rare find within Dragon Roost Cavern and used my 'fellow operatives' faith in their leadership to make a claim for a necessary ambush in that place.

EVENT SUMMARY: Difficulties ensued while deploying the gambit, but nothing insurmountable occured. I engaged the Black Wolves alongside Odessa; as anticipated, I was recognized. Fortunately for the plan, they killed the Odessa operatives; no one will be able to pinpoint me as the initiator of the ambush. I radioed Odessa base afterwards, making certain to have the message cut out.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Additional steps may be necessary to ensure that both sides engage one another. My recommendation is use of indirect means for inducing an encounter, though I suppose brute methods may be applicable if necessary (OS, deVriese, this may be your areas of expertise). Additionally, Major Sadalbari, I have something you should know about their leadership; this can wait for your earliest convenience.
