THREAT ASSESSMENT:	High
PRE-ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2017/06/14: Subject encountered during expedition into Rujm el-Hiri ruin complex. Observed to be apparent human female adolescent.
ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2017/06/14: Subject demonstrated abrupt display of extreme destructive force when deep in the ruins. Said force was nearly sufficient to bring down the section of the ruins we stood in. Destructive capability did not appear to be a match for Ether use but more observation is needed to rule this out. Subject appeared pained by exertion and was attacked by POI Aeshma; only at this point did her attack cease. Intervened to prevent infighting between group and attended to subject's injuries. Subject's injury from the Aeshma's magical attack was minor. Experienced an odd jolt of current-like energy when touching her bare skin. No other immediate anomalies detected. Additional observation: Subject's use of unknown force carried an emotional sensation with it, seeming as if it were 'wrong'. 2017/09/30:I had an encounter with Parringer, who has demonstrated an unusual power during previous expeditions when she was present. To recap, she has utilized a force that does not have the same resonation as ether, and feels uniformly foul; though she claimed during conversation that it is the result of a rare but powerful Symbol, I have doubts to this claim. There is a possibility that this issue could become self-limiting, i.e., she destroys herself with its continued usage. She claimed that it was painful at first. However, given her increased control, it is possible she could attain mastery. Potential threat level remains elevated.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:	2017/06/14: Continue to observe. 2018/10/18: Closer observation needed. Activities and measurements suggest concerning level of power and control. Potential for global-scale anomaly.
