THREAT ASSESSMENT:	Moderate
PRE-ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2018/09/30: Previously encountered individual during Bledavik sortie, following escape of POI C.A. Individual not identified at the time due to obfuscating clothing; was seen riding on a particularly decrepit-appearing and obviously repainted red Golem and engaged us in combat. Golem given codename 'Red Sprite' at that time.
ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2018/09/30: Individual met and identified in Pendrago port on Lunar in presence of said Golem. Hair color was a match and she confirmed ownership/control of said Golem. Individual demonstrated not only control of Golem but is apparently capable of making repairs to it. Individual shows extreme mechanical aptitude and is in possession of a 'reactor' capable of small-scale 'printing' of machine parts. Individual claims she traveled to Elru alone when younger.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:	2018/09/30: Monitor activities and aptitude; determine limits of individual's abilities. Potential for technological disruption may be moderate-high depending on her acquisition of knowledge, creation, dispersal and other habits.
COMMENTS:	Red Sprite is the codename for her Golem. Previous descriptor in report (dated 2017/11/04) as follows: Small Junk Golem - Codenamed "Red Sprite" Pilot: Unknown No tagging available. A small (~12 foot) Golem 'piloted' by a masked girl riding on it. Appears to be made of junk parts; no apparent capabilities on the level of Sado but was able to reform parts as needed. Pilot masked but identification seems likely; will provide further information should it become available. Pilot in possession of an ARM capable of delivering an electric charge.
