EVENT REPORT
release to all current operatives in Spira.
In smaller text: is this a site report or an after-action report? how am I going to file this later?

SCENE LOG: Panphobia
PLACE: Unknown (OOC: Linaweyul)
PEOPLE: CAP Voss, Unknown woman with too much brown hair (Yue), some lady with a camera (Acacia), a light Seraph (Clarine), and a weird blonde lady (Marivel)
RELICS: Bracer; still investigating properties of the item
HISTORY: Was investigating caverns along the Mi'ihen Highroad when I encountered a strange door. Once opened I fell into a place that was largely 'yellow' and encountered that group listed above within. Some of them appeared to have come there of their own free will.
SUMMARY: Signs immediately pointed to Filgaians as the source of the activity; technology present does not match that in Spira or on Meribus/Glenwood. Some unusual anomalies were encountered including a cave-in that appeared to be somehow frozen in time. The collapse proceeded once we ventured across. I regret that there was no time or opportunity to collect any useful data beyond my own Ether observations -- the stone was unstable and should have obeyed physics to collapse but was prevented from doing so until physically disturbed. Other obstacles included small and difficult to navigate openings, nesting Fiends, and Guards, later identified as Odessa. Towards the end of the section we explored we found an extractor apparently at work removing spheres from the rock under the Highroad; this was destroyed. Afterwards we discovered the uniforms and collected a set for possible later use.
ACTION: Find out what and where the place is. Caution advised if anyone else attempts to explore it, assuming you can even find it.
COMMENTS: (Report transcribed from Captain Loren Voss' notebook copy via third-party. Original report was handwritten. Ultimately filed as a Site Report.)
