Known Gear pilot (ID: Weglaf; see Bledavik sortie report). Captain of the Black Wolves. Associate and significant other of Lily Keil. |
| ENCOUNTER SUMMARY: | 2018/10/21: Encountered during expedition into Ruins of Memory (see site report); individual suggested violence towards me to his partner but was convinced to do otherwise. In possession of an anomalous device, by appearances an ARM of ancient extraction. I was unable to obtain information about it. No other equipment or abilities out of order noted; subject's main threat comes in the form of his mercenary group and intent.
2020/10/05: Participated in assassination attempt of Minister Shakhan. |
| RECOMMENDED ACTION: | 2018/10/21: Gather information if possible; while they are likely focused on the threat posed by the Metal Demons, it's likely he and his associates may prove a thorn in our side in the future. If possible, determine origin of the ARM he possesses. If possible, determine capabilities of his Gear -- this has not been observed in action in some time. |
