| EVENT REPORT AND RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: | I'm pleased to say the medical team has released me ahead of schedule. Before I begin I'd like to say you all performed admirably in the field and displayed true valor in the face of an unexpected foe. That being said, the battle of Adlehyde was just the beginning-there will be much work to do in the coming weeks and months.
As far as matters concern Adlehyde, I feel our first priority is to learn the status of the royal family. Given that proven hostile forces such as the Yggdrasil Sand Pirates, Althena's Guard, and teams of drifters are already providing aid and comfort to the city's refugees, we are in a critical position to ensure Aveh's political position is not weakened by establishing a government-in-exile, for which we will need a legitimate head of state. Therefore, we must determine if King Justin or his daughter, Princess Cecilia, remain alive and bring them under the Prime Minister's Shakhan. I have no doubt Kislev has come to the same conclusion, so time is of the essence. For this task, I feel the BLACK TIES are well-positioned to learn the condition and whereabouts of our two VIPs. Learn what you can and, if necessary, secure the King or his daughter for transportation to Bledavik. We will adapt to the situation as it develops. Our second priority is to investigate several persons of interest that appeared during the Battle of Adlehyde, some of whom have already been mentioned in a previous report by Lieutenant Commander Hawwa. *Includes a picture is a somewhat blurry but intelligible picture of Ethius Hesiod* This individual was witnessed invoking a level of pyromancy in battle that far exceeds known potencies for surface dwellers, which was seen to physically deform the Golem Diablos. Our existing knowledge suggests an a pre-existing, unsual interest in the physiology of metal demons. Further investigation and a proper threat assessment would be of value to our continuing operations in the region. *Additional pictures of Leo Whitefang and Corwnyt* As the Lieutenant Commander's report already specific, the individual known as 'Leo' appears to hold significant rank within the group known as Althena's Guard. Given the resources at their disposal and the unclassified (though likely magical) abilities exhibited by both individuals, we must consider reclassifying them from a mere to cult to a true faith militant of some sort. Additional information and analysis would be of value, but extreme caution is recommended: Given their actions during the battle, we can expect significant hostile actions towards any Gebler agents should they be exposed. I recommend Lieutenants VAN HOUTEN and VOSS for these tasks, though considering the realities of our current operations these assignments may need to be delegated as availability demands.
