| SCENE LOG: | ...Because It's A Water Level |

| PLACE: | Gusong Monastery, Kilika Island *NOTE* currently under control of Althena's Guard |
| PEOPLE: | Lorelei Calice and 'Mignonette'. Joined by SLIDE-1's pilot, that doctor following him around, and Barber. |
| RELICS: | Some of the local currency. Close enough to it, anyway. Might have some historical value. |
| HISTORY: | Attempting to locate passage back to Filgaia under direction of special parties. Investigating local ruins in the hopes of finding some transport back. This ruin was exposed after Sin's attack on Kilika, hope was that it might hold either transport to Filgaia or hints to passage thereof. |
| SUMMARY: | Ruin was largely flooded. This provided barriers to exploration. Encountered the Lambs shortly after entering, some issues encountered due to but nothing insurmountable. Some ancient machines were within -- couldn't collect any samples. They didn't look like anything from the older ruins on Filgaia. Hazards a mixture of the machinery and the nature of the flooded site. |
| ACTION: | If there is some passage back to Filgaia inside, we didn't find it. If deVriese or Mignonette or Calice feel like it's worth making sure there's nothing in there, I recommend bringing gear for diving/water expeditions. Let me say it again: it's flooded. If you can't swim, you'll probably drown. Also let me be completely clear, use caution when opening valves or using drains. |
