SITE REPORT
SOLARIAN SPECIAL OPERATIONS COMMAND (SOLSOC)
Prepared by Loren Voss
Authorized for release to Gebler Special Exploratory Group (SEG)
(Clearance-confirmed contractors included)

SCENE LOG: Eleno's Bequest
LOCATION: Lifeweaver's Whorl
PARTICIPANTS: CAP Voss, Neriah Parringer (Omega-08), Cyre H. Lorentz, Yulie Ahreide
RELICS RECOVERED: Ancient seeds
PRE-EXPLORATION SUMMARY: Set off to site to survey on special request of Major Sadalbari. Encountered other individuals upon arriving at the cliffside rim.
EXPLORATION SUMMARY: Initial hostile behavior from the others present was defused; proceeded into the site alongside them. Site was overrun with plants to a degree rarely seen in Filgaia. Moreover, I observed plants found rarely or believed extinct at the site. According to Lorentz, the site is a result of an individual from Lunar who found themselves on Filgaia with a connection to Withertallow on Lunar (see previous reports). The site is built atop older materials, perhaps Elw in origin, or perhaps due to another lost civilization. Lorentz does not know. The older structure is likely what allowed the individual, Eleno, to proceed with developing the Whorl. Lorentz claims that Eleno 'merged' with the plantlife in the Whorl; could not independently confirm. Plantlife appears to have intent and purpose. Confirmed presence of ongoing incubation/research materials within. Heavy caution is recommended the further one goes: among other things there are plant-derived drones and alleged 'eye lasers' from the organism that controls them. We were able to breach a vault and retrieve samples of ancient seeds.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Further investigation into the site recommended. Additionally, confirm veracity of Lorentz's claims. I do not believe he is misrepresenting anything but independent confirmation is best. He may have missed something. Samples of plants may be of use: once the surface is pacified perhaps they could be used to reclaim environmentally-damaged regions.
