Background
Devet is one of those people that kinda fell through the cracks for a while and got away with not having to do combat training for a long while due to her particular penchant with maintaining the information and technology network in the Photosphere. She was great at her job, so she managed to get away with this for a long while until...
She unveiled Zed's cryopod.
A subsequent incident of ire later and she was further demoted, and told that she had to take some combat training or else she'd be scrapped. Riesenlied decided to take her under her wing, given that she'd probably be better able to shape her into something combat-worthy than some of the other... merciless... instructors.
Her codename is Ebon Nine, but everyone just calls her Noob. She acts as... well, a trainee. People don't expect much of her.
Her Dragon... technically... is Salthun, but much like her, Salthun is an adorable little thing that doesn't exactly know how to fight. Much.
Personality
Devet is a nerd who greatly enjoys her computers and networks and infrastructure and let me tell you about the security and firmware fixes I'm planning on employing next week so we aren't exposed to man-in-the-middle attacks and oh I really want to revamp our website with the newest responsive design stylesheets and also i get stuffed into lockers by berserk-sama *sob*
