| ENCOUNTER SUMMARY: | 2017/11/06: Of note, she mentioned an encounter with a sword-wielding blue-eyed man, who appears to have badly injured her in an altercation. Individual appears to match person who attacked person of interest KEIL, who alleges they were also an ether-user. The blue-eyed man's power was described by her as follows: "...like the reverse of everything the world should be, and a sea of hands trying to pull you under the ground..." No other information of note was obtained, save LILAC's view of the nature of the Guardians, which matches Cultural's assessment.
2018/03/25: Encountered subject in Meribia's port; engaged subject regarding transit to Lunar. Subject apparently alone, believing she was transported as a 'test' by the Guardian Rigdobrite; subject is Baskar, possibly a shaman. No contact or knowledge of my identity or our activities at present suggested. Successfully made agreement with subject for a knowledge exchange. 2018/09/17: Encountered inside loading area within the Tzadkiel; uncertain how or when she got aboard. Reassessment of security measures in progress. Following intervention from Lieutenant Commander Hawwa, individual has been properly aligned to current goals re: Metal Demon incursion/alleged revival of their leader. Shamanic powers may be of use. 2020/10/05: Asset tentatively reported as 'lost'. See Action section. |
| RECOMMENDED ACTION: | 2018/03/25: Subject is low threat and unaware of our identity or presence and thus may be a useful tool for information-gathering on Lunar. Will maintain contact with subject; if others engage, caution recommended to avoid suspicion. Subject is more clever than they appear.
2018/09/17: Guide and use individual as necessary. Metal Demons have previously demonstrated weakness against 'Guardian-type' sorcery. Individual is ultimately disposable vis-a-vis elimination of Metal Demon threat but damage or endangerment otherwise is to be avoided. Individual has been 'encouraged' to assist in the offensive against the Metal Demons and support Gebler/Solarian agents. Do not divulge confidential information around or to individual; they have not been fully indoctrinated. 2020/10/05: All sightings of Asset Spicule should be reported to operative Grigori. Do not engage at present, asset is considered dangerous and unstable. |
