| PRE-ENCOUNTER SUMMARY: | 2017/07/08: Known waitress at the Starfall Saloon in Adlehyde. Late teens, human female.
2018/10/21: Previously identified as a waitress at a cafe in Adlehyde, known to be in possession of an oddly advanced piece of technology (see: 'covering cube' and blade). Individual strongly suspected to be pilot of the Winged Gear Rephaim but inconclusive evidence at this time. Individual makes use of a martial arts form reminiscent of the Shevati style Still Water Clear Mirror; earlier observation made it appear as if she were being pulled along by her sword when attacking but she appears to have gained control over the blade since. Finally, based on reports from Major Yugh, individual reportedly 'died' in combat against Metal Demon and was able to self-resurrect, temporarily mutilating her body into a weapon. |
| ENCOUNTER SUMMARY: | 2017/07/08: Subject is in possession of an unusual blade. Judging from its physical attributes (e.g. floating) it may have been obtained by her from an unknown ruin. Despite her background (see notes) she displayed considerable skill with the blade if unnaturally so, as if she were being controlled by it rather than the other way around.
2018/10/21: Accompanied individual to Ruins of Memory (see site report) in order to assess abilities; individual has undergone a noted change in demeanor and approach to circumstances. Formerly she had a more 'typical' surface-dweller non-combatant youth personality but her personality has considerably hardened since. Demonstrated marked capacity in combat during exploration -- I had heard she had won the combat exhibition in Lacour and with her current skills it's easy to see why. No further evidence vis-a-vis Rephaim. I do not think she suspects me yet but if she speaks to the others who accompanied us in the expedition (again, see report) this state of affairs may not continue. |
| RECOMMENDED ACTION: | 2018/10/21: Continue observation; attempt to determine whether she has control of the Gear Rephaim. Based on current demonstrated skills and other oddities of unknown origin, along with suspected control of that Gear and its repeat interference with our missions, a threat level of 'high' is being fielded. Confirm whether individual merits this level. Finally, if possible, confirm apparent resurrection. Tissue sampling may yield an answer but will be difficult to obtain. |

Gear possesses unknown abilities but is in the hands of an amateur pilot. Possessed the ability to manifest psychological attacks of unknown phenomenon possibly connected with the 'Guardian' anomalies. Threat assessment high. |
