THREAT ASSESSMENT:	High
PRE-ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2017/04/02: Based on the sketches submitted by the members of the Black Ties and research in the field, I was able to identify one of the persons of interest from the 'operation' at Tumblus Town. After tracking the individual matching the description to a cafe in Port Timney, I engaged them in conversation.
ENCOUNTER SUMMARY:	2017/04/02: The individual, female, named herself Riesenlied, and was acommpanied by another female, name Noeline, and a small, reptilian lifeform (species unknown) with the capacity for speech, name Odjn, sex female. All identified as drifters. Riesenlied bears notable non-human features: Curved horns, otherwise human in appearance. When compared with records, this trait by itself is uncommon in known demihuman derivations. When questioned, Riesenlied stated Elru as country of origin for both herself and Odjin. Request a check against known fauna endemic to Elru to corroborate claim. No aggressive actions were noted by Riesenlied and Noeline, though both seemed unusually informed of regional politics, particularly of Adlehyde's plans to reveal objects of interest (unearthed weapons) at the upcoming fair event. Both were curious about the reaction of Aveh due to my alias's stated ties with Smith & Luio Agency. Finally, Riesenlied queried if Smith & Luio were investigating the actions of an individual knownn as 'Agatha', who is apparently causing disruptions in the trade routes between Aveh and Adlehyde. 2017/06/04: Individual identified as Metal Demon. Encountered during battle of Adlehyde. 2017/08/12: Encountered POI Riesenlied near the Linga ruins, but did not engage as she was not hostile (and to preserve cover). Through her I have learned that demons do indeed possess the Teardrop, and that Princess Adlehyde is aware of this. We can presume she intends to make a move against the demons herself. I also learned through Riesenlied that she is what is called a 'Tainted', a minority of sorts within the Metal Demons (Possibly those of human/fleshly appearance, but her answers were unclear). Her Ebony Wings group seem to represent another faction within the Demons that may not necessarily share the same goals. She appears to obey the orders of the Quarter Knights for now, but we should be mindful that the Demons are not a monolithic entity. It may be possible to exploit their inner divisions as we learn more. 2018/01/10: Interrogation from van Houten: "Mother" identified as an individual who sponsored and guarded the exodus from "Hyades," presumably using some form of interplanetary or interstellar transportation "Mother's" details are unclear but inferentially "Mother" is an entity comparable to the "Guardians" in operational form if not details "Mother" was sealed by the intervention of the Guardians as well as other forces in the end of the "Metal Demon War" Presumably the "resurrection" of "Mother" would provide, at the least, major force multiplier to MD forces; details unclear Complicating factors are that Siegfried, who is reported to date back to the arrival of MDs upon the planet, has a strong personal relationship and infatuation with "mother" This suggests he will be highly motivated, to say the least RIESENLIED compared "Mother" to the "Althena" being referred to by the "Guard." This suggests "Mother" may be a specific individual rather than a spiritual entity, presenting advantages (viz. killable) and disadvantages (viz. capable of physical action) if this is so RIESENLIED motivation for Wayside settlement is conversation with "Mother" "Mother" reported extremely angry at Guardians, possibly Filgaians generally; this disappointed RIESENLIED who had assumed compassion etc. from this figure RIESENLIED anticipates disapproval from MDs "Siegfried" and "Lady Harken" Has a plan for the apparent evacuation of Wayside's "Tainted" and assorted other noncoms Stated origin of "Tainted" phenomenon is "rejection" by Filgaia (method unclear) In addition, "Tainted" constructed of "substandard materials" (details unclear) Further information wasn't readily available 2018/02/28: In possession of Metal Demon ship from Hadal Temple, codename 'Epoch'. Engaged prior to events at the Pleasing Garden. 2018/03/25: Report from Voss: Encountered Riesenlied and Noeline in Meribia, along with the pilot of SLIDE-1. They are aware of my identity, if not my full name. Assume they are now aware of our presence on Lunar. No hostilities initiated. Appear to be recovering from the events in the Pleasing Garden.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:	2017/04/02: Continue to surveil Riesenlied and her accompaniment for ongoing threat assessment. Requesting an investigation into the activities of 'Agatha' as well, assess threat to future Gebler operations in the region.
COMMENTS:	Data from medical analysis (2017/11/26) courtesy of Voss: Riesenlied's symptoms largely line up with arrythmia -- palpitations, lightheadedness, shortness of breath and chest pain. She remarked that she tends to 'get sick' more often than her peers as well; she'll have coughing fits or periods where she feels like she has a cold, and traditional remedies have helped her feel better. Individual has red blood. Metal Demons typically have silver, mercurial blood. Lab analysis indicates that there is an exceptionally high impurity of foreign substances (in terms of material purity), which in the light reflects as red.
