A member of a schismatic sect of Baskar from the continent of Aquvy. The Baskar of Tethelle's isolated village claim to be descended from a great Baskar warrior of the first Metal Demon War who was trained by Equites herself. Whether true or not, they struggle to maintain the now-fragmentary knowledge of an ancient, complex martial style that they believe to be divinely inspired. Tethelle is the youngest scion of this fading tribe, the only member of her generation to take up the mantle of priesthood and learn the ancient style. After leaving on a pilgrimage while still an apprentice, she was granted a Medium by Equites at the Guardian Temple and told to refine and improve herself, something that Tethelle works toward to this day. Tethelle is more warrior than priest, and more Drifter than either; she enjoys the journey for the journey's sake and is a good deal more rough-and-tumble and fun-loving than the stereotypical mystical Zoa Priestess. She throws herself into adventure and new experiences, constantly working to improve herself. But she has a serious core behind the smiles as she walks the path she's chosen, and is resolute when striving for her goals, both self-improvement and otherwise.
