Pearl maintains both these identities with ease, alternating between a taciturn martial artist and an inexperienced but kind young mage as the situation demands. But both these identities are a mask for an assassin of the Shadow Dragon Cult. Her true self is cold, violent and cruel, following the orders of her master relentlessly. But as she shuffles between the three identities, could who she really is be shifting as well?
Summoner - To her own surprise, Pearl was revealed to have the potential to be a Summoner of Yevon. While she does not follow their path, she is still capable of Sendings and the act of Summoning itself. She can only summon one Aeon at this point- Leviathan, Lord of All Waters.
Fast Learner - Pearl is an incredibly fast learner. While she has mostly used this for violence or infiltration, there is the potential there to be an excellent scholar. Now, she finally has the freedom to choose her own direction, how she will use it.
Shadow Dragon Fist - Pearl is a skilled adept of the Shadow Dragon Fist. While not the strongest adherent, she is still a ranking member of the cult, and uses the style with deadly efficiency. The style provides her with ki manipulation, the ability to create shadow clones, and a number of brutal killing blows.
Wolf Style - Pearl is also trained in the ways of the Horam Wolf Style used by werewolf martial artists near Horam. She wears claws on her hands and feet to let her emulate the raking claws of the wolf style. The clan she learnt from, however, no longer seems present in Horam.
Shadow Magic - Pearl's blessing of Althena takes the form of shadow magic, which augments her abilities as an assassin. Her main tricks are bolts of shadow magic, and being able to use darkness to her advantage.
Infiltrator - Despite her upbringing, Pearl has emerged as a competent infiltrator, being able to pass as a member of Althena's guard, if a zealous one. She also used these abilities to infiltrate Yevon as the aspiring summoner Ena.
Althena's Guard - Pearl has some backing from Althena's Guard, but her position with the Guard is questionable at this point.
Jean - I don't know why you chose to become my guardian, but I am glad you do. Thank you, for guiding me and helping me. I hope I do not disappoint you.
Leo Jr - You seem to charm everyone. Myself included, it seems. I don't know why you wish this, but I will take your assistance, Little Guardian.

Fei Fong Wong - He sees fit to lecture endlessly about what power is, then refuses to use it. He was one of the many who freed the children from my grasp. He is more powerful than he lets on, but even that level is a threat.
Lemina Ausa - She seems close to Jean. How much does she know? And how much is she holding Jean back?
Katherine Weaver - She knows our ways, yet I do not recognize her. Her style is most certainly that of the Shadow Dragon Fist, but different in subtle ways. Who IS she?
Blue Master Lunn - The Shadow Dragon Master demands his death. One day, it will be delivered.

Eryon Rast - A surprisingly powerful sorcerer. Unfortunately, also an idiot. He seems to see himself as some kind of menace, but does not understand even the simplest aspect of instilling fear in an enemy.
Ivan - A competent fighter, but an idiot. He perhaps believes we are closer as allies. I can take advantage of this.
Kaguya - An interesting woman. She seems to have a brutal side to her. I can respect that.

Claiming to have been raised and trained by masters of Wolf Style Martial Arts near Horam, Pearl serves as a taciturn and violent member of Althena’s Guard. In this role, she ruthlessly hunts those who would break the laws of the Goddess, and those who would defy Her will. While she takes her duty seriously, and goes to great lengths to fulfil it, it is ultimately a cover for her true identity as a member of the Shadow Dragon cult. When wearing the mask of a Shadow Dragon assassin, Pearl’s violent nature turns to sheer cruelty, taking joy in the suffering of her targets. As far as Pearl is concerned, the strong should rule and the weak should follow or be disposed of, and this rule ultimately guides her life and decisions.
A young woman from Kilika who claims to have suffered under the persecution of Althena’s Guard. Having fled her supposed captors, Ena now seeks to become a Summoner in the hopes of driving the Guard from Kilika Island. Ena attempts to be kind and helpful, but is prone to bouts of clumsiness and seems to have struggled in taking in the lessons from her home temple. Despite this, she throws herself fully into her studies and training, as though she is trying to learn all she can of her faith. This fervor occasionally leads her to places she should not be, and it’s only a matter of time before it gets her in trouble.
