A hard-eyed, cynical Geohound with an unsavory reputation, Ree is rumored to have black market connections all over the continent -- and then some. Stories say she can get you any object...for a price...but no one has any proof!
Likes: Cigarettes, alcohol, employers who treat her fairly, studying magic (mainly Ice Symbology)
Dislikes: The Adventurer's Guild
Hates: Being cheated: this she will never forgive!
Flaws: Greed, rapaciousness, vengeful nature
Weaknesses: Weak empathy, love of money (the root of all evil), honor code towards her employers as long as they reciprocate
Personality Traits That Could Be Exploited: Self-servingness, holding grudges, avarice
Background
She has the bearing and demeanor of someone who's been pimp-slapped HARD by life and doesn't want to talk about it.
Latest Update
Ree's criminal syndicate was among those taken over by, or allied with, Team Rocket. She considers Energy Nede a new customer base, and has started Pokemon trafficking. She doesn't care about the Pokemon as creatures, but keeps them in good condition because then they'll fetch a premium price that way (yes, she's despicable).

History
Pre Energy Nede
Once teleported back to Filgaia from Lunar, Ree wasted no time getting back to November City and replacing her destroyed gunsmoke ARM. It was expensive, which put her in a poor mood. At least her underworld contacts are still valid...
One of Ree's gunsmoke ARMS was destroyed by the Red Priestess Mauri, and Ree had no way to repair or replace it while on Lunar.
Once she found herself stranded on Spira, she took on several Veruni, along with her Drifter allies, and forced them into retreat. She was concerned about her dwindling supplies of ammunition and cigarettes!
Fortunately, she was teleported back to Filgaia just before her stocks ran out. She spent her initial time on the Thames trying to re-establish contact with her black market suppliers in Ignas (and new ones in Aquvy).
She took on several Veruni, along with her Drifter allies, and forced them into retreat.
