A hard-eyed, cynical Geohound with an unsavory reputation, Ree is rumored to have black market connections all over the continent -- and then some. Stories say she can get you any object...for a price...but no one has any proof!
Profile
*Loves: Nothing she'll admit to...
Likes: Cigarettes, alcohol, employers who treat her fairly, studying magic (mainly Ice Symbology)
Dislikes: The Adventurer's Guild
Hates: Being cheated: this she will never forgive!
Flaws: Greed, rapaciousness, vengeful nature
Weaknesses: Weak empathy, love of money (the root of all evil), honor code towards her employers as long as they reciprocate
Personality Traits That Could Be Exploited: Self-servingness, holding grudges, avarice
Background
She has the bearing and demeanor of someone who's been pimp-slapped HARD by life and doesn't want to talk about it.
Latest Update
Ree's criminal syndicate was among those taken over by, or allied with, Team Rocket. She considers Energy Nede a new customer base, and has started Pokemon trafficking. She doesn't care about the Pokemon as creatures, but keeps them in good condition because then they'll fetch a premium price that way (yes, she's despicable).
Background
Powers and Abilities
- Gunslinging. Ree has skill with her twin pistols that few can match.
- Wilderness survival. She was raised in the Badlands and can live off the land for extended periods.
- Ice magic. She has Symbology tattoos running up her right arm and neck.
- Luck Manipulation. And even MORE Symbology tattoos on her back!
- Horsemanship. She is an excellent rider but neglects her horse(s).
- Underworld connections. She is rumored to have these but is too cagey to admit it (or even offer a clue).
- Pokemon Trafficker. She isn't a Trainer herself but collects rare breeds in order to sell them. She doesn't care about them as creatures but keeps them in good condition because they'll fetch a premium price that way. (Yes, she's despicable).
History
Pre Energy Nede
Once teleported back to Filgaia from Lunar, Ree wasted no time getting back to November City and replacing her destroyed gunsmoke ARM. It was expensive, which put her in a poor mood. At least her underworld contacts are still valid...
One of Ree's gunsmoke ARMS was destroyed by the Red Priestess Mauri, and Ree had no way to repair or replace it while on Lunar.
Once she found herself stranded on Spira, she took on several Veruni, along with her Drifter allies, and forced them into retreat. She was concerned about her dwindling supplies of ammunition and cigarettes!
Fortunately, she was teleported back to Filgaia just before her stocks ran out. She spent her initial time on the Thames trying to re-establish contact with her black market suppliers in Ignas (and new ones in Aquvy).
She took on several Veruni, along with her Drifter allies, and forced them into retreat.
Post Energy Nede
Ree's criminal syndicate was among those taken over by, or allied with, Team Rocket. She considers Energy Nede a new customer base, and has started Pokemon trafficking. She doesn't care about the Pokemon as creatures, but keeps them in good condition because then they'll fetch a premium price that way.

Relationships
Past Employers
- Catenna. Purveyor of fine coin and curry. Not as pushy as some religious types.
- Erzebet Lefanu. Certainly gives me...interesting jobs!
Current Allies
Allies From Her Drifter Days
- Shalune Amira. Handy to have around, and has a pet Golem.
- Ashton Anchors. Someday she'd like to hear the story of where he got those dragons!
- Marivel Armitage. Often de facto leader of the Drifters...and she thinks she's a Crimson Noble?
- Jacqueline Barber. A helpful merchant with some truly useful potions, which she sometimes gives away for free. What's up with that?
- (Seraph Beast). A sentient levitating dragon statue(?) with aerial powers.
- Rosaline Calice. Is with the Ethos.
- Ines Colina. Was present when she was forced to kill her parents. Tragedy, that.
- Elvis. He is HUGE, and has access to advanced technology. Does not seem entirely united with his fellow Veruni.
- Ida Everstead-Rey. A natural leader.
- Cres LaRoux. A very helpful snakeman. I owe him a favor.
- Layna Manydays. Nice pirate lady.
- Seraph Nimue. Has not interacted with her much.
- Lydia Seren. A Beastwoman cyborg(?) shaman. Knows she follows Rigdobrite.
- Fei Fong Wong. Surprisingly powerful for one so young. I don't understand his powers.
- Prissa. Knows her blades. Eminent swordsmith.
- Talise Gianfair. A hulking Beastwoman. I'd hate to be on her bad side!
- Hiro. What's up with the flying, talking cat?
- Sephilia Lampbright. Young healer-girl. Claims to be from the Moon, hah!
- Tesni Inoue. Doesn't reveal much. Has a powerful ARM.
- Chime Isa. A hyperactive, hypercheerful elf.
- Jean. More threatening than she appears.
- Celine Jules. OMG, what IS that she's wearing?!?!
- Lily Keil. I don't know much about her.
- Claude C. Kenny. An idiot, and not even a useful one. Provoked the Red Priestess and almost got us all killed.
- Seraph Lanval. Has water powers!
- Cyre H. Lorentz. A religious fanatic of the usual stripe. Pun intended.
- Josephine Lovelace. What's up with the bird?
- Layna Manydays. It's SO useful to have a companion with a ship!
- Seraph Solanine. I've only seen her from a distance.
- Avril Vent Fleur. Fellow ice magic user.
- Matilda Whitehead. Evidently she's a doctor or pharmacist or alchemist or something.
- Gwen Whitlock. May have to call on her for courier service sometime.
- (Carina Wynne). That one must still believe in True Love and Happy Endings.
- Zed. Something is wrong with that one...
Enemies
- Agatha Pyrelight. Up to no good.
- Amaterasu. Seems to be a battle-leader among the Veruni.
- Ambrosius. Injured her in an altercation over an excavated Gear.
- Kaguya Alathfar. Surprisingly effective for such a slight, frail-looking girl. Looks in this case are VERY deceiving!
- Red Priestess Mauri. Destroyed one of Ree's ARMS and did NOTHING to improve her impression of faith-based extremists.
- Yue Rohay. A prisoner who fights effectively in spite of being in chains? That's some skill there!
Other
- Ratatoskr. Not sure what to make of him. He's a hyperactive, battle-obsessed humanoid-squirrel-unicorn?
